About Master Study Club

Master Study Club is a protocol presentation program and elite study club designed exclusively for those who have earned their Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry. The program calls for a full-day of lecture followed by an optional workshop. Attendees may then prepare a 20 to 30-minute case presentation based upon the lecture and their personal research to present to the group at the following meeting. This protocol-style allows attendees to obtain up to 32 hours of participation credit per course to meet the minimum hands-on requirements of the Lifelong Learning and Service Recognition (LLSR) award.

Master Study Club is a group for Masters looking to fulfill the charges issued to them at convocation, charges that include: 1) the responsibility to continue the journey as a lifelong learner, to remain abreast of cutting-edge advances in the profession; 2) the responsibility to use your experience and position to teach and give others the benefit of what you have learned, to be involved and be a mentor; and 3) the responsibility to your community., to extend your influence and talents to be committed, to be a leader and to exemplify dedication, concern, compassion and understanding in unselfish service.
