Dental Assistant Course and Exam (TSBDE Approved)
Course is to provide sufficient information to permit dental assistants to gain knowledge and understanding of the critical concepts associated with each of these areas of certification in order to facilitate success in each examination. This course covers radiology, infection control and jurisprudence.

Fellowship Exam Review
The Fellowship Exam Review course aims to prepare participants in pursuit of their Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry to successfully complete the FAGD Exam.

Don’t Be Defiant, Be Compliant: The New Advertising Rules You Need to Know
State Dental Board rules as related to advertising or promoting dental practices and services have been updated with new clarification and restrictions and will go into effect on May 1, 2013. To ensure your practice is compliant, it is important that you carefully audit all communications made directly or indirectly to the public at large and to existing patients.

Recognizing Occlusal Problems in the General Practice
Internationally renowned speaker Dr. John Cranham reviews the key components of the masticatory system, and specifically shows how the TM joints, muscles and the teeth should work together in functional harmony.

State and Federal Privacy Law Training (As required by HB 300)
HB 300 requires covered entities, which includes most dental offices, to receive training on state and federal privacy laws by October 30, 2012. In this course participants will review federal HIPAA requirements including HITECH rules, learn how to avoid the most common HIPAA violations and learn the consequences for non-compliance.

  Just For the Record: Record Keeping Requirements  
Diligent and complete record keeping is essential to any dental practice and by keeping good dental records you are maintaining continuity of care. Ensure your office is wellmaintained by reviewing key record keeping requirements and identifying common record keeping violations. 1 hour lecture credi is offered.

OSHA for the Dental Office
All dental office employees can now receive OSHA and HIPAA training online from the comfort of your home or office computer. The course is designed to start, pause and resume depending on the needs of the day-to-day office activities; total time of the course is approximately one hour and forty-five minutes in duration. 3.5 CE hours offered for this course.

Bloodborne Pathogens Annual Training and HIPAA Reminders
This 45 minute program will satisfy OSHA's requirements for annual blood-borne pathogen updateand and once completed, the registered participant may print and fill out a training record form for themselves and other participants.

Oral Cancer, Precancer, and Differential Diagnosis of Common Oral Mucosal Conditions
This online course emphasizes clinical relevance by illustrating and discussing clinical changes, which may represent early malignant or premalignant lesions. You will learn differential diagnosis by illustrating other pathologic conditions that share clinical features with cancerous and precancerous lesions.
